The still strong French Mankind community has posted a Q&A they sent the developers Quantex and O2E and some kind player has translated it (in a shortened version it seems) into English for us monolanguage English speakers. Quite a few issues have been clarified - like no unit limits and a Free2Play model and more, as well as some speculative hopes for the future, such as one account for all games/universes and merging the universes. Even NPC's were mentioned as well as a large body of specific gameplay questions - all answered fully. In short, Mankind is sheduled to get released on February 2nd, 2010 with all it´s features and one account management for all universes. Amazing how this game went from static to this so quickly - congratulations O2E & Quantex, you have achieved what many considered a pipe dream and some feared - a Mankind revival.
