Yet another MMORTS incarnation has appeared, with the arrival of StarWarp , a SciFi MMORTS with some twists. Unlike the penchant for 3D perspective in first person games, StarWarp gives players an overhead view, from which you control the one ship you occupy and join with friends and allies to fight for planet and universal control.

Providing a variety of ships (like weapons in an RPG) the player can select ship type depending on his level of attainment and suitability for the upcoming mission. Planets provide resources for continued conflict and growth and victory brings recognition and further items to use. The game is gearing up for Open BETA now and taking applications in advance.
