Bug Fix
- Units will once again show their contents on planets
- Bombs and Explosions
- Limiters have beend added on the client to try to keep the performance up to standards when under heavy bombardment
- Large quantities of bombs from a fleet must now be coordinated and will only drop so many bombs fleet-wide at a time
- Orbital Bombardment via Beam weapons look like Beam weapons again
