Patch Notes Feb 26th

The patch brings fixes to several bugs as well as some minor change of terrains.

• [GUI] Fixed market search field size.
• [GUI] Fixed bug causing army armor to not appear in the market.
• [Crash] Removed several instances of potentially unsafe code.
