Miscellaneous
- Fixed the Available Resources window not working in the home system in some situations
- Added a Quick Help button in the HUD. Click on the button that says "Click Here For Help".
- Updated the External tutorial to be more user friendly and accurate
- Found an issue that would cause the UI to become very unstable (some windows would disappear, screen going white, etc...)
- Added a quick message popup that indicates your current view. This can be disabled under Graphics -> Gameplay -> Show View Change Messages
- You can toggle the Quick Help by going to Graphics -> Gameplay -> Show Quick Help
