The team at Ballerium had a Round Reset after a patch to solve the Server AI issue. Thanking the gamers who held off abusing the exploits found,  the team announced the player organised truce over and will be allowing  anyone to create a clan for the following week. Possibly extendable, they urge folk to take advanatge whilst certain.
